To prepare and submit an Umrah visa application we collect the details you provide to us: your name, date of birth, contact number and email address, passport details, traveller information, photographs and any supporting documents required for your chosen pathway (for example hotel and food BRNs, or host and Iqama details). We also keep a record of your applications, payments and the messages you exchange with our team.
How we use your information
Your information is used to check eligibility, review documents before filing, submit your application to the relevant Saudi authorities, process payment, keep you updated on progress, and answer your questions. We also use it to meet our own legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with parties involved in processing your application: the relevant Saudi government systems and authorities, accommodation or ground-service partners where your chosen pathway requires it, our payment gateway for the payment you make, and the technology providers that host our website and store your documents. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Application records and documents are retained while your application is active and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep transaction and compliance records. Documents you upload are stored privately and are accessible only to you and the staff handling your application.
Security
Documents are held in private storage with access restricted to authorised staff. Payments are handled by our payment gateway; we never store your full card details. Access to your account is protected by your own login credentials, which you should keep confidential.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete your data once your application is complete — subject to records we are legally required to retain. You may also withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the website working correctly. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
