What our Umrah visa concierge service covers, what it costs, and what it does not include.
The service we provide
Marhaba Haji provides a concierge service for Umrah visa applications. We help you identify the correct pathway, review your documents before filing, prepare and submit your application, and keep you informed until a decision is issued. Your application will be reviewed and submitted according to the applicable requirements. Final visa issuance is subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
Fees and payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices per pilgrim and may vary with your chosen pathway, duration and traveller details. The complete amount payable is confirmed before you pay. Service fees cover the work carried out on your application and are separate from any government, hotel, BRN or third-party charges. Payment is collected through our payment gateway before submission unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine, valid documents, including a passport with sufficient validity. Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may delay your application, cause it to be refused, or make it impossible for us to proceed. Please check every detail before you confirm your application.
Processing times and outcomes
Processing estimates are based on typical working-hour turnaround and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the authorities, system outages, public holidays or additional checks are outside our control. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before we submit your application, we refund the amount paid less the work already carried out and any non-refundable third-party charges already incurred on your behalf. Once an application has been submitted to the authorities, government and third-party charges cannot be refunded, and service fees are not refundable if the outcome is a refusal. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the concierge work we carry out and, where we are at fault, to the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs arising from a refusal, delay or change of rules by the authorities. We recommend not making non-refundable travel arrangements before your visa is issued.
