FAQ
Umrah cost questions
How much does Umrah cost from India in 2026?
A typical 10–14 night Umrah from India costs roughly ₹85,000–₹1,40,000 per person on a 3-star, quad-sharing plan in regular season, including visa, flights, hotels, food and transport. Peak Ramadan and holiday dates can push this up by 50–90%.
What is the cheapest way to perform Umrah?
Travel in quiet months (after Hajj or during Muharram–Safar), choose quad sharing, an economy or 3-star hotel, shared bus transport, and book flights early. Group departures also reduce per-person cost.
Is the visa price in the calculator fixed?
Yes. The visa line uses Marhaba Haji's current published visa fee, which includes mandatory Saudi medical insurance. All other lines are market estimates and will vary with dates and availability.
Do children and infants pay full price?
Every traveller, including infants, needs a visa. Children usually pay about 75–80% of the adult airfare, infants roughly 10–12%, and infants who share a bed do not add hotel cost.
How many nights should I spend in Makkah and Madinah?
Most pilgrims split 60:40 in favour of Makkah — for example 7 nights in Makkah and 5 in Madinah. First-timers often prefer at least 5 nights in each city.
